1. Payment Policy: All reservation are required a 50% deposit. We except payment from Visa, Master, Discover, Cash, Check and PAL.
The remaining balance is due at check in time the day off the charter. The person who makes the reservation is responsible
for payment of the charter fee for how ever many seats are booked.
2. Full Boat Policy: If you book the full boat (6 people)
you are responsible to pay the full boat price balance at the boat in one payment.
The person who made the reservation is responsible
for the payment.
3. Cancellation policy: We use a 14 day cancellation policy for all charters. If you cancel your charter
with in 13 days of your charter date you will forfeit your deposit. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

No Shows. If you do not show up for your charter, you forfeit your deposit.

if we cancel due to weather.

9. Passenger Responsibility: All passengers are required to show up at the boat on time and with the remaining balance of the charter. All passengers over the age 15 must have a valid Alaskan Fishing License in their possession. Customers must bring their own food, drink, and dress for the weather. The drinking of beer and wine is permitted as long as you act responsibly. No illegal Drugs will be taken on the charter. Smoking is permitted on the back deck as long as it does not affect the other passengers. Please leave all bad language and attitude on the dock.
