1. Payment Policy: All reservation are required a 50% deposit. We except payment from Visa, Master, Discover, Cash, Check and PAL. The remaining balance is due at check in time the day off the charter. The person who makes the reservation is responsible for payment of the charter fee for how ever many seats are booked.

2. Full Boat Policy: If you book the full boat (6 people) you are responsible to pay the full boat price balance at the boat in one payment.

The person who made the reservation is responsible for the payment. 

3. Cancellation policy: We use a 14 day cancellation policy for all charters. If you cancel your charter with in 13 days of your charter date you will forfeit your deposit. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

4. No Shows. If you do not show up for your charter, you forfeit your deposit.

5. Weather Days: We will refund 100% of your deposit if we cancel due to weather.

6. Mechanical Break Downs: If our boat breaks down prior to arriving at the fishing grounds we will refund 100% of the charter fee. If my boat breaks down coming in from the charter you will still pay the full rate.

7. Equipment Policy: If you break my equipment or drop it over board you will be charged for the replacement of that item.

8. Check in Time: All customers are required to check in a 6 AM the day of the charter. We have to collect the balance of money due and to fill out paper work. Those wanting to fish in the derby's can buy tickets at that time. We try to depart by 6:15 AM and return by 6:15 PM. We will stop and refuel each day before docking at my slip.

9. Passenger Responsibility: All passengers are required to show up at the boat on time and with the remaining balance of the charter. All passengers over the age 15 must have a valid Alaskan Fishing License in their possession. Customers must bring their own food, drink, and dress for the weather. The drinking of beer and wine is permitted as long as you act responsibly. No illegal Drugs will be taken on the charter. Smoking is permitted on the back deck as long as it does not affect the other passengers. Please leave all bad language and attitude on the dock.

10. What to Expect: Day charter will start at 6:15 AM and should return by 6:15 PM. The boat will travel to the fishing grounds depending on weather and distance should take 3 hours to get there. You will then have around 6 hours of fishing time and then 3 hours of travel to get home. Once inside the small boat harbor we will stop to refuel, then proceed to the slip, dock, unload, and clean fish.

Over night charters will leave at 6:15 AM and return the next day by 6:15 PM.

11. Derby Fishing: I have no problem with people fishing for the larger fish but remember at the end of the day you go home with what is in the fish box. Also if you catch a large Halibut early we do not come back in to weight it until the end of the charter. The only exception is if all the other passengers agree to your request and in the event that they wish to go back out fishing you pay for the fuel. If you are going to fish in the derby you must buy the derby ticket before you start fishing.
